2005 Middle School Science Fair

On February 8, 2005, as part of a joint Math and Science Investigation Project, London Central Middle School students displayed original research conducted from September 2004 to January 2005. Students demonstrated various data collection techniques, displayed individual project boards, presented to fellow students, and finally presented to members of the community in an evening Science Night.

The London Central Science Fair has been a springboard for over 80 students during the last three years being selected to present their projects at the European Junior Science and Humanities Symposium. This year LCHS has 25 middle school students who will be attending the Symposium in Frankfurt, Germany on 1-4 March. These 25 students represent over 1/3 of the middle school projects selected from across Europe.
